1) Easily cut fiberglass flexographic sleeves in exact sizes
2) Has a basic design that does not require much space or maintenance and is very simple to operate
3) Significant waste reduction, as sleeves can be cut precisely in the desired sizes
4) The sleeve trimmer is very simple to operate and therefore does not require any special skills.
The sleeve is quickly and easily mounted on the adaptor using compressed air. The correct sizes to be cut
are easy to adjust as the machine is delivered with a measuring device. The knife is made especially for this type of work. It can be used on both sides and is covered with titanium. The sleeve trimmer is delivered with a speed regulation.

fully designed to reflect the market demand focusing on very high quality production of digital flexo plates.

The 401 series is our medium size exposure unit, supporting flexo plate sizes
up to 1200 x 1600mm (47 x 63”).
The 401 series comes with cooled bed, lamp cooling, light integrator and PLC
control. With the automatic top lid opening/closing as a standard feature, you
can chose between the EC model (exposure + cooled bed) and the ECLF model
with integrated light finishing function.
