GLUNZ & JENSEN - Flex Gauge S
1) Plate gauge measuring table for any plate size; controlled by a foot switch
2) Uses gravity in the measuring process, so there is no pressure on the plate
3) Possible to set a tolerance level, so an alarm triggers if the measurement is outside the tolerance level
Plate thickness measuring table. Long arm to allow any plate size. Gauge finger by gravity (no pressure). Command by means of foot switch. Possibility of tolerance pre setting with alarm when measure out of tolerance.

The 401 series is our medium size exposure unit, supporting flexo plate sizes
up to 1200 x 1600mm (47 x 63”).
The 401 series comes with cooled bed, lamp cooling, light integrator and PLC
control. With the automatic top lid opening/closing as a standard feature, you
can chose between the EC model (exposure + cooled bed) and the ECLF model
with integrated light finishing function.
